CASE STUDY
Client:
EEC (Elgar Electronics Corporation)
Objective:
Re-brand and create a new corporate identity for an international
electronic manufacturer of programmable power products.
Target Market:
Global market covering four continents, including: the Americas, Europe,
and Asia for the aerospace, automotive, medical, manufacturing, and
military industries.
Project Description:
The agency conducted an international
survey covering each of the target industry markets using the client’s existing database
and potential prospects. 760 Media, Inc. also completed an in-depth
competitive SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis. From
the data analysis we concluded that the best solution was to create
an umbrella corporate brand over the three existing product brands. 760
Media, Inc. then proposed creating the EEC brand name and corporate
mantra of “Power Evolved”.
Result:
After conducting a worldwide rollout in multiple languages, the new brand
identity was warmly accepted in all markets and the creation of a strong
marketing buzz that translated immediately to a 10% jump of worldwide
sales.
